Five steps. Predictable scope. No "let's try".
The shape of an engagement is the same whether we're filing a licence, relocating a family or running a Cyprus company's monthly close. What changes is the paperwork, not the accountability.
Diagnostic call
30 minutes with a partner. We map your situation, the realistic options, the constraints (regulator, bank, time, capital) and what success looks like. You leave with a verbal view of next steps, whether or not we work together.
Structure memo
Written recommendation: entities, jurisdictions, licences where applicable, banking outlook, tax position, indicative timeline and indicative cost. Numbers in writing, not "we'll see". This deliverable is yours to keep regardless of whether you sign with us.
Build
Entities, substance, directors, regulator filings, banking and PSP onboarding, AML and compliance frameworks. We run workstreams in parallel where the regulator permits, and sequence them where it does not.
Operations handover
You receive a live operating system: accounts, compliance calendar, KYB pack, AML policies, banking and processing live, audit-ready documentation. Your COO or CFO gets a working operation, not a ZIP of PDFs.
Ongoing partnership
Accounting, audit coordination, tax returns, licence renewals, banking reviews and immigration renewals. One account lead, one monthly invoice, one place to escalate. Most licensing clients continue with us into ongoing operations.
The way we run files, not just the steps.
The process above is the visible part. What makes it work is a small set of habits we apply consistently — even when it would be easier not to.
Fixed scopes, not hourly billing
Stage 1 diagnostic is always fixed. Stage 2 scope is fixed once the diagnostic is complete. Recurring work runs on a monthly retainer. No surprise invoices.
Weekly written status
One short written status per week per active workstream. You shouldn't have to ask where things stand — we volunteer it before you notice the silence.
One account lead
The person you meet on the diagnostic call stays on the file. No partner-to-associate handoff after sign-off.
Honest first-call
If we don't think your timeline or your file is realistic, we'll say so on the first call. Where possible, we'll point you at a firm we'd trust to handle it instead.
Pre-qualification
For banking, licensing and immigration, we pre-qualify the file against likely acceptance before we ask you to commit fees. Reduces wasted submissions.
Confidentiality by default
Client names are not shared in marketing. NDAs are mutual. Sensitive data is handled with care expected of a regulated practice.
How the engagement model works.
Is the first call free?
The first 30-minute diagnostic call is complimentary. If we both agree the engagement is a fit, we'll send the structure memo and a fixed Stage 2 scope. There is no obligation to proceed after the first call.
How do you scope and price a project?
Recurring work (accounting, payroll, VAT, ongoing compliance) is priced on a fixed monthly retainer set to scope. Project work (licensing, immigration, restructuring, banking onboarding) is priced in stages: Stage 1 (diagnostic) is fixed; subsequent stages are fixed once scope is agreed.
Do you sign NDAs before the first call?
Mutual NDAs are signed for engagements where they're material. For the first 30-minute call, we generally do not require an NDA up front — the conversation stays at a level where neither side needs to share commercially sensitive material.
What happens if you can't help?
We say so on the first call. Where we know a firm that would handle your case well, we make an introduction. We don't take engagements we can't deliver.
Can you work with both English-speaking and Russian-speaking clients?
Yes. Our partner team works in both English and Russian, and our site is fully bilingual. Engagement documentation and reporting are delivered in the language you prefer.
